Karolina Glusiec was born in Lodz, Poland, and lives and works in London. She received an Erasmus Scholarship to study digital animation at University College Falmouth and graduated in animation from the Royal College of Art in 2012.

Festival Screenings include DOK Leipzig EMAF Osnabruck Flatpack Birmingham Clermont Ferrand Tricky Women, Vienna. She has won awards for Best Female Director, Vienna Independent Shorts, Special Golden Jabberwocky, IFF Etidua Anima, Krakow and First prize, Jerwood Drawing Prize 2012
