Biography

Formerly a lecturer in Digital Art and Animation at Middlesex University, Jason White moved into full time filmmaking with Richard Wright on their second collaborative project Heliocentrum. For seven years he was a designer, director and producer of graphics for the multimedia, video game and music industries. During this time he also worked as a concept artist and illustrator, creating the artwork for Dusted's concept album When We Were Young and the follow-up book Safe From Harm. In 2003 he returned to television as a freelance designer and producer of broadcast graphics. Since then he has produced animation, effects and titles for over 30 programmes and series, and is best known for his regular credits on the BBC's Horizon science strand.
