Apichatpong Weerasethakul's Phantoms of Nabua is featured in the exhibition Phantoms of Asia: Contemporary Awakens the Past, at the Asian Art Museum, San Franscisco.

Phantoms of Asia is the museum’s first large scale exhibition of contemporary art and is an ambitious exhibition exploring the complex, diverse, cross-cultural perspectives of Asian cosmology and spirituality through a compelling interplay of 140 artworks from the past to present.

Phantoms of Nabua is part of the multi-platform project which focuses on a concept of remembrance and is set in the northeast of Thailand.

The exhibition runs from 18 May until 2 September.
