The traditional models of animation production, practice and career have changed, with people working in different commercial and cultural contexts - making a music video one day, their own films the next. Independent animators are organising themselves in different ways too, such as small collectives or as freelancers.

Animate Projects presents a panel of animators and producers who are doing just that, and who'll explain the work they do, how they get it, and how they balance commercial and personal creative projects.
