studio1.1 gallery presents Backhander, a solo exhibition of new work from London-based comic art project Let Me Feel Your Finger First (LMFYFF). The show features three new animated works: Post-Colonial Cannibal, a new installment of the Ontologically Anxious Organism series and Backhander.
Ontologically Anxious Organism is an ongoing episodic series of short animations and comic strips, created by Let Me Feel Your Finger First which began in 2010.
To coinside with LMFYFF's solo show, Animate Projects will be presenting Ontologically Anxious Organism (Episode 1) and premiering the Ontologically Anxious Organism (Episode 2) in online exhibition from 3 November.
Acting Dumb and Playing Dead, a text by writer and curator Angela Kingston will accompany the exhibition.
Episode 3 of the Ontologically Anxious Organism series will be released 2012.
