Wednesday Kim was born in Korea and emigrated to the USA as a teenager. She studied at the School for Visual Arts, New York, and currently lives and works at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.
She works in video, performance, installation, and sculpture to investigate the implausible dichotomies of the sensitised and the mediated, the external and the introspective, and the tangible and the ephemeral.
