William Latham studied Fine Art at Oxford, then became a Henry Moore Scholar at the Royal College of Art. He lectured at Middlesex Polytechnic, St Martin's School of Art and the Central School of Art and Design before being appointed Artist
(Research Fellow) at IBM's Scientific Centre in Winchester, where he developed his computer-based techniques.
