Born in Wallasey, Merseyside. Phil Mulloy studied painting at Ravensbourne College of Art, then attended the Royal College of Art Film School. He then worked as a freelance writer/director and began making animation in 1989. Since that time he has made over fifty short films. At present Phil Mulloy is completing the third part of a feature length trilogy.
