Mandy McIntosh is a visual artist who works across disciplines mainly in the public domain. She is a trained fashion knitwear designer and worked with KENZO in Paris for two years before returning to complete her Masters at Glasgow School of Art. She works in hybrid combinations of craft and digital art to create new forms of documentary.

Her collaboration with Kaffe Matthews and Zeena Parkins won a BAFTA for best interactive media in 2004. Her work has been screened and shown throughout Europe, Australia, North America, Canada and Brazil. She recently completed a major public artwork with Kaffe Matthews in the Galloway Forest dark Sky park.
